According to the Organic Law 15/1999, 13th December, of Personal Data Protection and its development ruling, STP GROUPS informs you that the website (and associate websites,,,, y does not requires personal data to access. The communication of personal data by the user through our website will only happen when users voluntarily use the contact form or is an employee of the company. The objective of having the data given is to facilitate required information about STP GROUP services or use it for staff recruiting purposes.

Are exceptions: Client’s Area: The contents identified as client’s property, in which STP GROUP have given services, under contractual agreement, either by the means of revision or edition, in the Client’s Area. It is completely forbidden to copy or spread the contents to others.


All the contents in the Client’s Area are for the exclusive use of STP GROUP and the client, therefore confidentiality clauses are applied by the General Dealing Conditions in every case, which in this case implicates: A)STP GROUP compulsory maintains, through every one of its societies and business units, and saves confidentially all kind of contents within the Client’s Area, which can only be used by authorized users and STP GROUP. B) STP GROUP will adopt all needed measures and cautions so that its employees, managers, representatives or any other third person (physical or legal) who might have access to the contents, save the data and keep it strictly confidential, according with the terms and conditions stablished by STP GROUP General Dealing Conditions.
